Market at Mala' Strana, Prague

Early weeks in the beginning of COVID-19 crisis, I was visiting the churches in Prague. I found a corner to view the magnificent Baroque Church of St Nicholas and did a quick sketch. It was a cloudy day after raining all night but that didn’t keep people from their weekly shopping at the Market by the St Nicholas’. It was lovely to observe the patina on the church towers and to anticipate quiet time of afternoon prayers.
