Lassoing The Moon For You

This is my friend Tori on an overnight horseback camping trip! Her awesome Mom had just passed away and the idea was to take the moon (via photo) back to her young daughters. She had to turn her horse and turn her horse with each new attempt at a throw until the shot came out just right!! After this past year of Covid don't we ALL want to give the quintessential MOON to our loved ones?!! That is what I wanted to convey with this painting!
