Inspired by the rugged wilderness that makes up the Absarokee Beartooth region in Montana, a mother moose and her calf slowly emerge from the shadows of a rainbow infused forest. They investigate a sunny portion of steaming earth, which edges up to a crystal clear lake. This oil painting is based on real-life events witnessed by Jenna, the artist.
