Oil on senso linen canvas. I am usually a realist painter but sometimes I have the drive to be a bit looser, more impressionistic as in this painting. Plus I was ready to paint some light and color during the lockdown and the dreary winter. Color and light and sunshine gives me hope and the drive to look to spring.
