Being the mother of 3, over the years I have used my children and their friends as models, grateful for their openness, and their patience in sitting for these portraits. I chose the 9 Muses as my basis, and put their talents with the Muse they reminded me of. This is the Muse of Sacred Song, and my model is Mia, whose Mother actually sings with the choir for her Church.
